Mr. Trump, who said he would turn himself in on Thursday, was told not to intimidate or threaten any witnesses or co-defendants in the case.
A judge in Atlanta had on Monday set bail for former President Donald J. Trump at the sum of $200,000 in the new election interference case against him, warning Mr. Trump not to intimidate or threaten witnesses or any of his 18 co-defendants as a condition of the bond agreement.

Mr. Trump, who had earlier posted on Truth Social that he would turn himself in to the Atlanta authorities by Thursday is also making logistical findings in three other criminal cases that were filed against him earlier this year.
Also earlier in the day, federal prosecutors pushed refrained from granting the request of Donald J. Trump's lawyers to haul a trial against him for election interference in Washington D.C., untill April 2026.
It has been noted that under Mr. Trump's bond agreement in Georgia, he cannot in the case have a direct communication with any co-defendants except with the help of his lawyers as mediator. Mr J. Trump was instructed to "make a no direct or indirect threat of any nature against the community, including "posts on social media or reposts of posts made by another individual."
The given terms were more extensive compared to those for other defendants in the case, which did mention social media specifically.
